Our approach to tackling systemic change

'Wicked problems' are defined by certain characteristics such as: complexity; systemic interconnectedness and interdependencies, multiple jurisdictional boundaries, and the need to change behaviours.

Climate Change is a textbook wicked problem. Consequently, we have adopted this lens through which to evaluate possible solutions and approaches. We look for ways to navigate the underlying challenges while making sustainable progress. This requires thoughtful analysis anchored in research and sensitive to the impacts of change.
